JobStrap is a non-profit that delivers:

1. Sustaining income to bootstrappers using revenue generated from its recruiting and employment services.
   
   
2. An accountability structure for bootstrappers that both accelerates the maturation of their startups and dramtically increases market successes.
   
   
3. Benefits and insurance coverage for (a) Boostrappers who are accepted into the Self-Fund Program. (b) Applicants who meet JobStrap's employment criteria.
